Easter Seals Michigan is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist for our West Michigan Therapy Center in Grand Rapids. This is a full time position working with 85% with our pediatric clients. Monthly monitoring of consumer’s occupational therapy programs. Complete written monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports. Complete annual assessments of each assigned consumer. Submit completed reports to program support staff. Attend continuing education seminars and in-services as appropriate. Maintain occupational therapy program schedule. Provision of quality care through professional knowledge and skill. Maintain compliance with all accreditation and registration standards. Perform job duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable Safety and Health policies and procedures. Use person-centered planning practices and follow related procedures during client assessments. Attend person-centered planning meetings when possible. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in the state of Michigan as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
